Privacy notice
Last updated 1 March 2026.
Custom Concrete Concepts is an Australian publication. This notice explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, in plain language.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you submit. Those fields are sent to support@worldwidebacklinks.com so the desk can reply. We do not ask for payment card numbers and we do not run an account system.
Server and hosting logs may include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use that information to keep the site available and to diagnose faults, not to build marketing profiles.
Cookies and analytics
This edition does not set advertising cookies. If a future analytics tool is added, we will update this notice and identify it here before it collects anything beyond a standard server log.
What we do with it
Correspondence is used to answer you, to correct the journal, or to consider a guest pitch. We do not sell reader lists. We do not pass messages to contractors. If you ask us to delete a message that is not needed for a legal or safety reason, we will.
How long we keep it
Editorial correspondence that becomes a published correction may be kept with the article file. Ordinary enquiries are kept only as long as needed to complete the exchange, then removed from active inboxes on a routine cycle.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or lodge a complaint. Write to support@worldwidebacklinks.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Overseas disclosure
Hosting and mail infrastructure may process data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to deal with providers who will handle information consistently with this notice.
